BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AND COVID POLICY
AS the world comes to terms with an unprecedented health risk with COVID-19, I would like to reach out to all my clients.
There is understandably heightened concern everywhere, and I would like to assure you that I will continue to work in a safe manner, in line with government advice.
Professional Photography is still permitted, even during the current restrictions.
Understandably, as events unfold schedules are changing, therefore I’m being as flexible as possible with bookings.
Covid-19 Health & Safety Policy
• Client meetings by video/telephone preferred
• Adhere to Government advice on safe working
• Keep a safe distance of 2 metres +
• On arrival and departure at a location, wash hands or use sanitiser gel
• At regular intervals wash hands or use sanitiser gel
• No hand shaking and to avoid all personal contact
• I ask people not to touch the camera or any of the equipment
• Avoid touching surfaces or any items, unless absolutely necessary
• Sanitise the equipment between shoots/locations
• Use PPE when required to do so
• Wear masks on shoots with people
• Covid-19 Risk Assessment when required
• Adhere to the site's Health & Safety Policy
• Report Covid-19 incidents to HSE via RIDDOR
• Make people involved in the shoot aware of all the above

On positive note, with spring here, trees greening up and flowers appearing, it’s the perfect time to think about photography of your projects or facilities, particularly any shoots that are less people reliant, or where they can be photographed in a socially distant manner.

Our group packages are tailored to meet the needs of each individual company & university. We want you to feel confident about your photography session. Previous clients have commented on just how organised and flexible we are. We are often asked to carry out a photography session at a business conference or sales meeting – events that often run to strict time scales. We make sure we are set up and ready in plenty of time and that we can work in the most non-intrusive way possible. That is not to suggest we operate like a production line, far from it. We absolutely love working with people and it makes what we do so much fun. We appreciate that having a rapport with your photographer is important and past clients have commented on our approachable, laid back and relaxed approach to our work. It is normal to feel a little self-conscious in front of the camera but we will do everything we can to help you feel at ease.
